    I couldn't bring myself to weigh last week but I'm back on track(ish) now.

    So today: 188/188/173 Week 9 goal to lose 4lbs.

      I did not make my weight lose goal again this week, but I did finally make my mini goal of 260 plus one more pound

        Since having surgery, I have not been participating in the challenge, but I figured since the surgery was pretty much the end result of my 130+ pound weight loss, here are my after tummy tuck pictures!

          Congrats Iyshia! Those are good pictures. I see a difference already! It can take months for all the swelling/fluid to go down.

          I have nothing to report. no change from last week 188. Goal for next week: 2lbs.

            Hi everyone, FINALLY I broke my third mini goal!!! Yay!!!! I am giddy right now. I lost 3lbs this week, so now my next week's goal is 5lbs. We're getting closer to the end of the show and I am stepping it up right now since I still have like 30 more lbs I want to lose by the end of Biggest Loser. Iyshia you look great! Happy that your surgery went well! Good Luck everyone for the next week's loss!

              Hello Everyone,

              I don't know how it happened... I was totally on plan and I'm fully in ketosis... but I gained 2 pounds this week.

              Here are my stats:

              Week #8 Goal = 3 lbs
              210/212/199 – Actual Loss = 2 lbs gained (-5 lbs from 207 goal) = 0% weight loss

              I don't know if my % of weight loss should be a negative????

              While a complete drag, I'm not going to let myself get too upset = one of these 2 pounds showed up in yesterday's weigh-in and the second showed up this morning... so 2 pounds in 2 days when I'm doing so well with food... I think it's just one of those bumps that I sometimes get before a whosh... it could also be because I haven't been downing as much water as I'd like... or it could be because I'm sometimes not eating as much as I should (lack of hunger).

              So... onward and downward, right?!

              Here are my goals for next week:

              Week #9 Goal = 3 lbs
              212/???/199 – Actual Loss =

              And my stats to date:

              Total Loss to Date: 14 lbs
              Percent Weight Loss: 6.6%

                I am not happy to report it, but I don't want to just disappear- I need to take accountability! Sooo, I have not been on plan or exercised at all in over a week. Birthday + parent's visit = HORRIBLE food choices. So, being that my body is super sensitive and I gain weight very easily, I am back up to 195 lbs this week.

                The flip side is that I also lose weight fairly easily when I am on plan and exercising regularly. So, I am back on track and ready to reach my goal for the end of the show. 9 more weeks, right?

                  I lost 3 pounds! That was my goal so I'm ecstatic! My goal for next week is 5 pounds. Wish me willpower!

                      Hi Losers

                      I'm down 4 pounds this week!
                      Okay - specifics: a week ago Sunday I was at 210 but for some reason I put on 2 pounds by Tuesday so I reported 212 at weigh-in. That 212 weight, along with it's friend 211, stuck around for most of last week. But this weekend my weight started to drop again. I even saw 207 on Sunday But it was only popping in to say 'HI - see you in a few days' because 208 came back yesterday (and today). I'm happy with the overall loss!! Yippie!

                      Here's the breakdown and Week #10's goal:

                      Week #9 Goal = 3 lbs
                      212/208/199 – Actual Loss = 4 lbs lost (+1 over goal!) = 1.92% weight loss

                      Week #10 Goal = 2 lbs
                      208/???/199 – Actual Loss =

                      Total Loss to Date: 18 lbs
                      Percent Weight Loss: 8.65%
