hi, I forgot to weigh this week but it would have been ugly as I went on a trip and went off track a bit. Not terrible but enough to gain a couple lbs... but the good news is I'm back on track. Down 4 lbs from that high, but will weigh again on Tues and let you all know. Think I'm fighting a virus today, and also struggling with muscle cramps. I know, I know! taking my ca, mg, and potassium... increased it this evening so hopefully they'll go away soon!

I'm 1 pound away from my own personal mini-goal of 200 and I'm 2 pounds away from my challenge goal of 199!! So... two opportunities to celebrate are fast approaching!!
