    45 minutes of squats, push-ups, sit-ups this morning... then 1.5 h of leg exercises at the gym. I'll go again this evening, but not sure what I'll do. I'll update later if needed.

      I did the Abs for Dummies video today. Added a few ballerina crunches and partial sit-ups to the workout. All core today

              Morning and evening? That is dedication.
              I was very sore after the last big lift session on Tuesday but I did some today again. Still just stretching for lower body though (and some biking)

                        This was supposed to be a rest day, but I finished my homework faster than I planned, so took advantage of the extra time and did 1.5h this morning... and another 45 min in the afternoon.

                          Between lifting and abs I added another 55 minutes.

                          This morning I started a free weight lifting routine rather than the circuit that I did for 6 weeks. I'm really looking forward to the challenge!

                            Free weights sure beats circuit. Much harder to do. And it is always good to mix things up or else those muscles get too comfortable.
                            I did abs as well today. I am getting a tad stronger. Still struggle with those bicycles though.

                                i've done 120 minutes in the last week
                                i do about an hour each time using weights/machines at the gym.
                                i'm going to start my squats soon. i've also added in an hour of swimming. the first day i couldn't believe how my heart was going nuts, but now i've noticed an improvement in my endurance.

                                chest press- 80 reps
                                triceps and shoulders-80 reps
                                abs- 300 reps
                                inner thigh (i don't know the name of the muscle)- 100 reps
                                outer thigh - 100 reps
                                push-ups - 50 reps
