Re: February Mileage Challenge - Sign Up and Reporting
I completed 250 kilometers last time, but most of it was on my elliptical. so what I am going to do this month is focus on walking/running intervals ( 50 kilometers) and elliptical trainer ( 150 kilometers). I was thinking of ways to put both under one tab, but I guess I will write my name twice on the list. one for the interval training, and the other for the elliptical training.
