      Hey everyone! I'm finally checking in to post my numbers .....

      2/1 - 14 min
      2/2 - 12 min
      2/3 - 28 min
      2/4 - 10 min

      total - 64/300


      I have to share my new plan for Tuesday nights ....... I watch Biggest loser every Tuesday night. I just love that show ........ anyways I decided that I would use the commercial breaks as my ball time. So I picked a different exercise I would do for the each commerical break . I watched my clock and racked up 28 min of ball time with out even really noticing it ...... So now for at least Tuesday Nights thats my new Ball time! Oh and I have not done this in a LONG time but I actually fell right off my ball this morning! LOL Good thing I'm the only one up in the early morning cause I felt real silly!!!!

        Hey Jo .......... I was reading in the celebration forum where you mentioned how long the stability ball challenge has been going on ....... I remembered you had mention it back last summer and I was thinking you said it had been almost three years then so I read back through your stats ....... ( yes it took me awhile to find it) and in August of 2008 you had looked it up and found it had been going on for 31 months as of that month so bring that to the present and the Stability Ball challenge has been running for 37 this month!


        Pretty awesome when you think about how many challenges come and go!

            heidi, i think you are a good investigator! maybe i made the comment
            about 2 years because it's been almost that since we started getting an award for the goal makers???? or maybe it was a duh moment. see.... it's common knowledge that jimmiejo ought not post late at night.
            at any rate, i agree that feb. 09 being the 37th running of this challenge is absolutely awesome!

            it is too strange that i also thought of doing a couple minutes of ball time during commercials. you took it one step further by actually doing it. i'm still in the thinking stages.

            Georgiana, you are doing great!

              Hey Sherlock Heidi! 37 months! WOW!!! Who knew?!?!? Also, what a great idea about workouts! I love watching the Biggest Loser and the idea of doing ball work during the commercials is a great idea...especially when the episodes last 2 hours! Just know you'll have a partner is KS working out with you during the breaks.
