    georgiana, i am so impressed! it's only the 10th, not even half way through february and your are almost at your goal. the minutes per day are awesome!

    my numbers are not nearly as impressive

    i did my minutes during the commercial breaks while watching Dirty Jobs. it's pretty cool how the minutes add up.

      Jo I love doing the commercial minutes ..... it has increased my numbers for all of my challenges ........... My new method and it's working!

      Here's my min for the past 2 days there not so great as I have not been feeling well at all so am slacking .....

      2/10 - 6 min
      2/11 - 8 min

      total - 132/300

        I'm so glad to be doing exercises during commercial breaks! And to think the only good thing about commercials were for potty breaks. LOL

          Jo and Bio, thanks! I do weights at the gym, so I now combine the usual weights exercises with stability ball to avoid getting bored. It's way more interesting to do them on the ball!

          Did another 30 min today.

          2/3 -- 40 minutes
          2/4 -- 45 minutes
          2/6 -- 45 minutes
          2/7 -- 40 minutes
          2/8 -- 40 minutes
          2/10 -- 30 minutes
          2/12 -- 30 minutes

          Total: 270/300

              I'm so sore from my weight-lifting class this afternoon. I may do some additional stretches later on. We'll see.

              I could do an update of our numbers tomorrow if you like instead of waiting until the 15th.

                              OK!! Here are the numbers as of today as whatever time it is now!

                              bio: 250/300 minutes
                              jo: 136/300
                              georgiana: 300/300
                              gman: 15/300
                              parouz: 170/500
                              heidi: 132/300


                              1003 minutes total on the ball out of 2000 minutes pledged.

                              Please let me know if my numbers don't match up with yours.

                              Also, if anyone sees gman on other threads...pester him, eh? I'll PM him so that hopefully he'll make goal this month.
