    i deviated from the norm and actually followed a few of the routines on sparkpeople.com. nicole did some things that i have not done before. i'm sure i'll be thanking her before nights end.

      I have been sick sick sick for 5 days now ......... fever and resiratory crap that has me doing practically nothing but trying to cough with out peeing my pants! UGH Having 7 babies has ruined me that way! Anyways tonight I hope to get on my ball during LOSER commercial breaks I have alot of making up to do ........

                Thanks Bio for the well wishes and Thanks Jo for the offer but I am going to bust my butt and get my minutes done!!!!! ( I hope) LOL I am feeling better but dang it still not 100% ........ I did get on the ball during loser and then again each day since ...... It's so easy to let it go when you just don't feel good.

                  Heidi--that is some awesome snowfall!!!! We haven't had much snow this year and I'm a bit jealous of what you've gotten. Hate driving in it, but it sure is pretty!!

                  Speaking of Biggest Loser, would you have voted the daughter off the show? I can understand about respecting their wishes, and thankfully her daughter did well at home, but still....most moms would have sacrificed themselves and let their kids stay on. I just couldn't connect with that woman. Well, we'll see how she does on campus.

                            Bio I think that whole Mother Daughter team has their roles kind of reversed adn I agree with you the mom should have gone home and allowed her daughter to stay BUT they know eachother and we have to also remember we only see about 45 min of an entire week of talks and thoughts being passed around ........ who knows how they really came to terms with it all ........ I would have gone home and left my child there but ????

                            I am finally back on track as far as feeling good goes ........ this stinking virus wiped me OUT! I can not get enough sleep ever it seems and I am struggling still with nauseausness. BUt I do have my eating on track and feel better otherwise.

                            Here's my minutes

                            2/21 - 18 min
                            2/22 - 14 min
                            2/23 - 16 min

                            total - 238/300

                            12.4 a day to make goal!!!!!
