Hi Georgiana:

I went from trying to do them all at one to doing them in five sets. My friend let me know about a plan designed to get you to the point where you can do 100 push-ups in a row. While I think it will take me a very, um, very long time to get there, I definetely like the basic setup.

Anyway, thanks so much for taking note!

Today I did 15. It's a three day a week program, so I will be back on Friday!
