It is time for the the March Squat challenge. On the Biggest Loser this week the Prevention Magazine People said that squats is a better guarantee long life and health than many other exercises because we build up lower body strength. So let's do it.
Do them any way you want: a normal Squat, a plie Squat, a one legged Squat, with or without weights but do them.
