    It is time for the the March Squat challenge. On the Biggest Loser this week the Prevention Magazine People said that squats is a better guarantee long life and health than many other exercises because we build up lower body strength. So let's do it.

    Do them any way you want: a normal Squat, a plie Squat, a one legged Squat, with or without weights but do them. Great way to shape up thighs and butts.


    Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km
