  • March ABs Challenge

    Well, it's that time of year to start thinking about getting those bellies flattened for bathing suit season!

    So sign up and report your progress in this thread.
    Put your name on the list in alphabetical order, then list how many exercises you plan to do and how many you've done so far.

    For me, it will look like this: 0/1800.
    Each time you post, copy and paste the last post in the thread, then add your total to it.

            Ok, I'm in. I will give it all I've got to make this goal. I used to be a sit-up Queen, until I had 4 children. Oh my goodness, what am I getting myself into???

            (Roughly 2 lbs a week)
            183lbs by February 20th (goal met! 182lbs)
            180lbs by March 6th (goal met! 2/22)
            170lbs by March 24th ~ GOING TO CELTIC WOMAN CONCERT
            160lbs by May 1st
            150lbs by June 14th *My anniversary* <3
            140lbs by August 31
            130lbs by Halloween Oct 31

                Miab - it is better to do them every other day. Always give you muscles a day of rest.
