    Hi Sherri,

    Is it possible to sign up for just 90 minutes per week? I think it will do me good to have another challenge to focus on at the moment (posted details in my journal, so won't go through it all again here) I am in the 6WEC for 4 days per week - managing 5 days here and there. I mix the glider with the exercise bike, so 90 minutes is realistic, - being 3 half hour sessions, but will mean I need to up my times/sessions on the glider from where they are at at the moment.

      Great to see you dear.
      Absolutely, it is fine to set your goal at 90 minutes a week. You set your own pace here.
      Looks like you'll be getting plenty of cardio in. Good for you!

          hey i'm still on my previous gazelle goal from march 18-april 18th. i got 100 minutes in today! ah!!! 60 minutes at 1 time, then 40 minutes a few hours later, which puts me up to 182/390!

          and man do i hurt! its all part of my new pledge to work out for 2 hours a day. i didnt feel like i was pushing myself enough, and i've been stuck at the same weight for the 2nd and 3rd week, so maybe this will help! the other 20 minutes i did core work outs. i'm gonna be so sore tomorrow! yay!

                Initially I said I would go for 90 mins per week - but I see it is 'monthly,' so I'll up it a bit to 400 for the month.

                A quick question though - I am also in the 6 week exercise challenge. When I do a session on the glider, can I record it in both this and the 6WEC, or do I have to enter it in one or the other (or divide it between the two?) I've done a 50 minute session today, but I'm not sure whether to enter it in both challenges as 50 minutes or 25 minutes in each challenge, if you see what I mean. I don't want to enter it in both as 50 minutes, if I'm not supposed to..

                  Yes, you can record it in both the 6WEC and this challenge as well. No reason to devide the two. Enter in as 50 in both.
