                        Has anyone seen this site - One hundred pushups? I followed it for about 5 weeks beginning in January, I started doing them on my knees, but 3 weeks I switched to doing them on my toes, and then started over....and then kind of quit doing it all together, but that's besides the point! LOL Its a really good program to get you doing pushups and gaining strength to do more pushups. I'm starting it again on Monday

                            I am off too. Did pretty well today. April is my month for really pushing it.
                            Laurie I always thought that 100 push-ups looked too hard. My base line has been very low Maybe when I gain even more strength I'll be able to try that. Are you doing it now?
