    Hi I have the Taebo tapes and i was hoping to start a challenge anyone interested in joining me ?

    ME TOO!

    I HAVE THE ULTIMATE ABS/BUTT DVD W/ THE ADDITIONAL UPPER AND LOWER BODY WORKOUTS ON IT! WHICH ONE(S) DO U HAVE?

    HOW OFTEN DO YOU USE IT? I USE MINES 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. IF WE START A CHALLENGE HOW OFTEN DO YOU WANT TO DO THE WORKOUT? :wave

      I have the cardio one, basic , Taebo3 and i was thinking just a minimum of 4days a week . What do you think? All I know is that i need some motivation for exercise and challenges help me.

        SORRY!

        Sorry it took me so long to reply. Starting today I will be doing Tae-bo 4 times a Week. I will also do strength training and treadmill/stairstep machines. Sometimes on different days and sometimes on the same. I want to see how many inches I can lose by the end of this month.

          Thats ok . I have been doing mine . I only do Taebo 3 times a week
          Monday , Wednesday and Friday Sometimes on Saturday or Sunday making it 4times . i will check in on those days . I will also open another thread to start the challenge off ok ? I do Oxycise and Bodyflex too for toning .

            What is this oxycise, I've seen where you mentioned it in another thread, but I've never heard of it.
