      Abs are my least favorite thing to exercise....so this is great for me! I do P90X most days but most always skip the ab routine. I am going to commit to doing it 3 times per week....ugh! So 3 times per week for the next 4 weeks (since May is almost over!)

        How is the P90X? I always see the commercials for it. I have so many work out dvd's that I get bored with fast... Is it worth doing. Does it keep your interest

          Welcome to the challenge, 4thehorse! You need to tell us how many movements you are going to do total and then update how many you have done each time you do them. It will look like this. 0/100 The 0 is how many you have done to date and the 100 or whatever number you choose will be how many you pledge to do.                                 P90x is really, really hard and a really, really great workout. It's a different workout everyday throughout the week. I've been doing it for a couple of years now and the legs/back and plyo workout still make me super sore! If you want to mix it up and work hard, I would highly recommend it.

                                I will get my counts and post them in the next day or so!
