                I only managed to do about 20 squats and I guess I didn't properly stretch because I pulled a muscle! (Hamstring.)

                    Oh no!!! Make sure to rest your legs for a while to allow helaing and repair of your muscles. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

                      Thanks! I don't think it was too bad of a pull, and it doesn't hurt doing my elliptical or working other muscles.

                        Okay, well go easy for a few days so as not to aggrivate things. Also, don't stretch before your body is warmed up, this has the potential to cause injury contrary to popular belief.

                            OH!! See, that's where I messed up. I stretched before my cardio. I used to stretch before soccer practice all the time, so I figured it would be the same, but I pulled the muscle just shortly after I started squats. Next time I will stretch after cardio and then do my squats/muscle training. Thanks!!
