    Marlieben!!! You've turned into a push-up machine. Way to go. Don't forget a rest day once in a while too.

      Today I did 4 sets of 15 and then did a few more. I am doing them on commercial breaks from my favorite TV shows along with crunches and other things. My son bought the "perfect pushup" handles. I may try their program.

        Oh Liv, I am far from that...I can only do this much because its the wall push-ups I am still doing...lol.

        Had a break of 4-5 days last weekend so not overdoing it.

            OK, I am upping to 1000 for the month. My sons challenged me to the "perfect pushup" program so I should be able to get this number fairly easily.

              Ok, not so good at this challenge, don't know what I was thinking, signing up for this!!! You'd think that it would be easy, doing bench pushups, since I do strength training, but no, I finally attempted some yesterday, while on my dog walk through the park. I'm sad to say, I did 4!! Yes, poor Lincoln couldn't figure out WHAT I was doing. And you know what? The 4th one was barely there!! So, I will keep trying, and do 4 today, (I hope) and 4 tomorrow and 4 the next day. Then maybe I'll be able to do 5.

                Fancy, keep at it. I can only do three or four "guy" push ups but thats 3-4 more than I used to do. I am doing the knee bent style but I am working toward the real push ups by doing three sets of the others three times a day until I can move things up to the next level. Keep at it! Each one you do make it easier next time.

                    Finally got back to attempting some bent knee push-up. It was **** but I managed 10 of those. The rest are all wall push-ups...they may not be as hard but I can feel them in my arm all day so it must be helping some.
