      I did my first 20--even the knee push-ups are really hard for me! I had to do a set of 10-5-5.

            Happy, that's exactly where I started. I still do mine in sets but now I am up to four sets of 20-12-8 on my push up days. Keep at it and you will be surprised at how much stronger you are and how much better your arms look after one month!

                                Thanks, Georgiana. I seem to join challenges where I need a good kick in the butt. I definitely feel different and I can see where "guy" pushups will be a great core workout (when I get there).
