Re: July Hula AND/OR Jump Rope Challenge
Okay I am back, I know I signed up for this challenge and I signed up for several others and have got to get moving if I plan to complete them before the end of the month. But I signed up so I would have to push myself, I hate to commit to doing something and then not following through with it so I guess I will be doing quite a bit of working out so that I can complete all of the challenges that I signed up for. So here goes:

Hi Alexa, hope things are going well with you. I take it you didn't have time to do this challenge again this month, no worries I hear that JR is the best conditioning exercise there is.
