i am so totally behind in this challenge. while moving boxes, cleaning up two houses, climbing a bunch of stairs and all the stuff that goes with moving, is good exercise, it isn't stability ball work. i only just pumped up my ball a couple days ago and i only managed 10 minutes during the move which leaves me with 150 minutes to get done for the month.

OK so I went from posting good to a LONG pause ........... sorry I've just been busy! My Oldest daughter called today to say she's two centimeters dialated and 80% effaced! So my guess is I will have a new grandson by the end of the week! That will put my grandbaby total to 5
