        i looked at the exercise of the day at sparkpeople and figured to it but on the ball instead of the floor. i managed 4 sets of 15 each.
        then i did the 5 minute booty routine.

                    Thanks for the messages about my new grandson he sure is a sweet baby!

                    Jo everytime you talk about this spark people site I want to go check it out but I have yet to do it. So I'm making that a goal this week to get online and discover some new moves on my ball via spark people. I know it sounds impossible but I am beginning to tire of doing the same old stuff all the time ......... so it's time to get creative again.

                      heidi, your grandbabies are beautiful! the newest grandbaby has some kind of head of hair going on!!!
                      i really like going to sparkpeople. since our move, jack has yet to hook up the vcr or the dvd player. i have to work totally on memory of my work outs and i'm finding it easier to work on stuff that i find at sparkpeople. plus, i like nicole talking to me while i work. makes the time go faster.
