      Well, I was right all along. A CKD works better than anything I've tried. Sorry, but it's true. The new science behind CKD is correct.
      I've decreased the time of my workout from 55 minutes to 36 minutes, increased the weights and repetitions, maintained great form and within those 36 minutes, completed 24 sets of 8-12 reps or until the point of failure. My bodyweight went from 197 lb on Friday to 199 lb today, Monday morning. I expect to be around 195 lb by Sunday morning. When I reach 185 lb. I'll start increasing my calories about 500 per day until I begin to lay fat down, then decrease that amount by 100 and stay there. Currently, I've peaked my calories to about 126 over maintenance, thus I'm eating an average of 3000 cal per day.

          I did some more Jillian video. Always feel that stuff in the glutes. Don't know why
          I will do yoga tomorrow. I am looking forward to it.

                            Went to yoga level 2 today. Somewhat like pilates - a lot of strength. And also did Jillian's Trouble Zones. I am getting better at Jillian's Trouble Zones
