I think we should do it like the other challenges, basically you challenge yourself. For example, in the abs challenge, I said I could do 1000 in October.
So, we each just give our minutes - I'll say 900 minutes, that's 30 minutes a day - which gives me some leeway. There will be days I won't do it, then there will be days that I will do more than 30. This is probably high for me - but hey - it's a challenge.
If you haven't done an exercise challenge yet, just go check out either the abs or squat challenge for october. People just keep running totals thru-out the month. Then whoever makes their goal, gets a 'trophey' to put in their signature!
Maybe then we could just list the little goofey things as extra 'incentive'.
