    Re: November WII Fit challenge

great job ladies - I, personally, suck at this!!

I have good intentions, then they just fly out the window when I get home. I was really going to do this, right when I got home yesterday - then found out my husband didn't have to work - grrrr - so he was home all day. That just changes the dynamic at my house. Love him dearly, just want him to be gone on Monday afternooons [my day off]. Anyway, went grocery shopping instead, and once again - didn't get on the Wii. So - I promise tonight I will do it right when I get home and will post minutes !!!

I did a little yoga today. Still can't do much but I'm trying!! I changed my total minutes because, well, it was just too low and I'm almost there already.

    Re: November WII Fit challenge

I finally made it through a really busy week. Lots of work and very little sleep each night. I'm looking forward to really getting into the Wii challenge now! I added the records to the end of the list so that they get copied with every post as well. I think it will be fun to try to knock barrnone out of all of those positions, haha. I haven't even seen half of those events, but I'm brand new to Wii Fit so I'm sure I'll get to know them. I'm also tempted to buy Biggest Loser after reading about others' experience with it. Sounds like a great workout!

you can certainly join. Just pick a number of minutes for the month, copy and paste the list into a new post and add your name.

I chose 30 minutes a day, but going to have a hard time getting there...will have to do some 'serious' time on it this weekend.

    welcome!

Great idea - thanks for the tip, didn't know you could do this. Plus, had never done the free step before. I find that I'm very good at doing my other challenges - situps, abs, pushups in the morning before work. But, after work I do have the hardest time getting on the Wii - just have to get myself back into the habit.

Was thrilled yesterday - Wii Fit age 38 [I'm 50] - woo hoo! My hub is all excited that he now gets to sleep with a younger woman

    Re: November WII Fit challenge

in hindsight, i think i should have made my minutes lower, because if i want to go on my bike tonight, those minutes dont count towards my wii fit challenge!!! or maybe it was a "good" mistake, and it's more exercise for me...but judging how sore my poor legs and knees were lastnight..i'm going to have to keep remining myself that it was a good error I have physio therapy after work tonight for my shoulder and hip ( i was hit by a drunk driver a couple of months back), so i dont know how much wii fit time i will get tonight...hoping for 45 minutes though. good luck today everyone!!
