I have been working out on my elliptical every morning, but it would be more fun with a goal. I am pledging 270 minutes by the end of Nov. I did thirty this morning

Wish I could do more, but too long aggravates my bad knee too much, then I can't move for 2 days. That's why I have limited my elliptical to only 15 miles!

Wish I could do more, but too long on the elliptical aggravates my bad knee too much, then I can't move for 2 days. That's why I have limited my elliptical to only 15 miles!

Made it! Thanks Sherri. Yeah between the pushups, the weights, the pilates and walking my exercise hour(s) is/are a number one priority. Will have to see what I will do for December when I am back home. My son found a cheap gym so that will help.
