    same as sooooo many months in the past........... y'all know the drill. but just in case you're new to the board or this challenge, read on:

    If you're looking for a challenge that will work on your core and help you with stability and strength, this is for you!!

    Incorporating the stability ball into your usual routine will challenge your body in new ways and break up the monotony of exercises that have gone a bit stale.

    Need some ideas about which exercises to use with a stability ball?

    Exercises that count in this challenge include, but are NOT limited to, the following:

    lying hamstring curls
    tricep extensions
    reverse crunches
    lying leg press
    push ups
    jackknife
    stretching
    slow swim
    side plank
    seated leg extension
    bridge ball squats
    rows
    stability ball exercise tapes/DVD's


    Basically, any exercise that you do using your stability ball will count!

    YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MINUTES.
    I WILL NOT BE TRACKING OR ADDING UP ANYBODYS MINUTES BUT MINE. I WILL HOWEVER HAND OUT AWARDS WHEN THE TIME COMES.
    HOWEVER, PLEASE COPY/PASTE THE LIST OF CHALLENGERS [at least for this month] AND UPDATE YOUR TOTALS AS YOU POST.

    250 was quite a challenge for me in november so i'll stick with that number

        And even though I didn't get my 200 in for November....

        Sign me up for 250 for December !!! That's a commitment to completing the DVD 10 times in the month.

                nice to see that you two got off to a great start for the first couple days

                i got up this morning and decided to get some minutes racked up the very first thing.

                  Good job for getting started, Jo! I also do my stab. ball exercises first thing in the morning. Otherwise I end up not doing them.

                    Is it too late to sign up? If not, what's the protocol for joining in? This is my first challenge and I'd like to join in if possible.
                    I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up!

                            I got an exercise DVD from the library. The only problem is that it's in German and I don't understand a thing... so I tried to follow it monkey-like. I figured out I should translate it first... then exercise!

                            Dec 5th: 15 minutes

                              Oh good! I'm managing about twenty minutes a day, but I am very active anyway, so it's not like i'm only doing the ball exercises
                              I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up!
