        where's khalamity? we may have to send out a search party for her.

        i know g will be adding some minutes soon.

        for today, i'm adding 15 minutes to my total. mostly stretching but a couple minutes of squats.

                            Errrrr, I brought the ball with me, it's blown up at my sisters place, and I'm down in Disneyland, sneeking an email at 3am..... sans ball Somehow I'll catch up, after Tuesday......
