    same as sooooo many months in the past........... y'all know the drill. but just in case you're new to the board or this challenge, read on:

    If you're looking for a challenge that will work on your core and help you with stability and strength, this is for you!!

    Incorporating the stability ball into your usual routine will challenge your body in new ways and break up the monotony of exercises that have gone a bit stale.

    Need some ideas about which exercises to use with a stability ball?

    Exercises that count in this challenge include, but are NOT limited to, the following:

    lying hamstring curls
    tricep extensions
    reverse crunches
    lying leg press
    push ups
    jackknife
    stretching
    slow swim
    side plank
    seated leg extension
    bridge ball squats
    rows
    stability ball exercise tapes/DVD's



    Basically, any exercise that you do using your stability ball will count!
    HAVE FUN!, STAY COMMITTED, EARN THE AWARD!!!

    lets do a copy/paste of our names and minutes like we did last month. that worked out pretty good.

      Super cool! My mom gave me a stability ball for Christmas and this challenge will make me wanna use it! I don't quite understand the challenge though.. is it time spent?

          hey! a new challenger i have not met yet! welcome to the sbec!

          yes, it is the time spent. the 180 minutes that you posted means that you will spend at least that much time exercising with your new stab. ball. those exercises can be yoga style, stretching, using weights, etc.... anything that you can do with your exercise ball will count.

                              I'm sorry G, but I SO understand... I'll have to deflate mine and take it with me next week when I go South to visit friends
