    SO... how do I sign up for challenges? I don't see any that begin, like, today...

    Is there only January 1 starts?

    Yes, the December challenges are ending now... and most challenges start January 1st.

      You can go to the challenge area and see if any of the sign-ups are out for January. Whatever challenges you want to join you can start by yourself today, you'll only have 4 days before they officially start and by then you'll aready be in a groove to continue.

        khalamity, the new january challenges are being 'stuck' at the top of the challenges in this forum {exercise challenges forum}. so far, there are 2 january challenges to choose from. the stability ball challenge and the squats challenge. pledging flights is also a stuck thread but it is an ongoing, join any time challenge.
        watch for more january threads today and tomorrow. i think the posting of new threads is due to the holiday season. hang in there, the threads will appear soon.
