          hub got up before I was able to do these and don't like doing them in front of him [altho, good for a chuckle I'm sure] - so did some heavy arm work on the total gym. I felt it all the way to my gut...so think this is a good think. May try this more often!

                  LOL, I know I am an exercise slug this month when I see someone on the list at goal when I make my first post, LOLOL! Oh, how quickly it goes away, too - I was up to being able to knock out 90, and now after about a 3 week break I struggled with 50! Hope it comes back quickly... still, 50 is a lot better than last fall when I died over doing 20 or so.

                    That cracks me up Barrnone.... I can just imagine the clock and dagger to get these done
                    now after about a 3 week break I struggled with 50!
                    Glad to see you back Aways... I was a little worried. You'll catch up in no time I'm sure. I took a 6 day bread and I'm struggling

                    We passed the half way mark everyone,. so the push is on (pun intended )

                          Thanks, Kntrylady - I've been doing pretty well overall, let myself have some cheat items over the holidays in moderation and got that instant weight gain back off plus a few more, but have been slow to get back to pushups/squats/abs. I HATE cold weather for one - it always makes me lazy - plus I have been putting in extra hours at work starting as soon as the out of town holiday company left right around New Years.

                          I skip days in between exercising hoping to give muscles a chance to get bigger, but I will try to knock out some more tomorrow. I won't reach goal this month, but that is okay - some is still better than none, and maybe February will be better. I just keep chipping away at my extra weight and take the same attitude towards my body improvement exercises, LOL! I'm for sure not always perfect, but I don't throw in the towel - I just keep working at it. That attitude has been key for my staying with this since last summer, and for other overall changes over the past several years.
