                  sorry to be so lax here. it seems it do a bunch of minutes one day and then lay off a couple days. which is okay i guess so long as i'm moving along towards goal and not waiting till the last two days of the month to do 230 minutes.

                    as i'm moving along towards goal and not waiting till the last two days of the month to do 230 minutes.
                    Isn't that the truth...I figure along with the biking, skier, aerobics, etc.... something has to lax sometime, somewhere, right?
                    And I'll add another 35 today

                      oh, kntrylady, that is what i am afraid of sometimes. i get into too many things and something always get left behind and i have to play catch up. i used my calculator today and found that i had to do 16 minutes to be exactly on target with this challenge. so i did 16 minutes with the ball and weights.
                      i also bid a fond farewell to my band it broke. as i stretched it over my head... WHAP.... and i had a mini band and a not so long band.

                            i did 33 minutes today. did i tell y'all that my band broke? i bought some new ones today. the booklet that came with them showed floor exercises but i used the ball where i could. i can certainly tell i've done something new.
