Jill (Chinadoll) is still up to her eyebrows, and I'll help out again this month getting this challenge going. I know there are alot of us out there find this challenge helps towards getting/keeping in shape.

After some questions on another challenge, I thought I'd mention... You can do these any way you can.... Plank (traditional mens), knees, on a stability ball, a little higher on a couple of steps up on some stairs, against the wall .... you get the idea.
What really matters is that you try, and you do it.
