I'm in again for 50 miles. This is going to be my month! It will be walking, jogging, and cycling. Aiming for 15 walk/jog, 35 cycling. Thanks for hosting!

I would like to sign up! I plan to do 80 miles running and maybe more with elliptical and cycling for my cross training. Shooting for 80! My training plan dictates about 94 but we'll see how I do. My goal is to stick to it closely all month! That's 5 days a week and I usually cross train on my lighter days or on off days. All I can hope for this time of year is to build my base, then hit it harder in the spring! It's just so cold out!

New to Atkins but not new to dieting and happy I made the switch from lowcal/lowfat to low carb! I am not starving anymore!
HW:219/177(Started Atkins)/CW:172/GW:165 5'10" tall 34yr old female, mom of 4, and marathon runner!
Goal size: 8-10, Current: 10-12 Almost there!

Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
so: Restart Progress: 12/28/09 ~ 235.1 01/04/10 ~ 229.0 01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr.... (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay) 01/18/10 ~ 227.4 01/5/10 ~ 226.8 02/01/10 ~ 222.6
