Well, we made it through January and that means that spring is just 6 weeks away! If we want to look good without our winter coats on, we have to do the work now, so here we go!
This challenge is open to everyone and there is no cut-off date for joining.
You can do any kind of abs exercise you want to including sit-ups, crunches, leg-ups, knee-ins or use any of the abs machines you my have access to.
Tell us how many reps you plan to do and then update your numbers as often as possible. Add your name to the list in alphabeticall order. Be sure to always copy the LAST post in the thread or other people's numbers will be lost. Mine will look like this: 0/1200.
