    It's easy : put your name in alphabetical order with the amount of squats you want to do for the month,then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names and don't forget to change your numbers.

      Thanks Char!!! Any recommendations to work the inner thigh, that's where my skin is baggy. Looks awful!

            Thanks kristen...for putting up the link. I'm sure theres a lot more sites that will help you out there. Maybe lunges also, but you have to be careful with those.I would think bicycling would be a big help.
