Spring is coming and we need to get and keep those abs flat and strong so here we go again!
This challenge is open to everyone and there is no cutoff date. You can do any kind of abs exercises you want to including crunches, sit-ups, leg-ups, knee-ins, stability ball, or any of the other devices out there that you may have access to.
Just put your name on the list in alphabetical order, tell us how many reps you plan to do and then post your numbers often. Be sure to copy/paste the LAST post in the thread so other people's numbers don't get lost. Mine will look like this: 0/1200.
