for those of you who missed my explanation topic about why your total points on this page don't match your grand total earned the points listed after each person's name here are the points earned between last Monday and today. The date after the points is the last time the person logged any points. Those without a date are exercise slugs as they didn't log anything. Please take the time to nudge them with a PM or email and see why they are slugs. could be anything from a family emergency to just can't figure out the darn website.

Today I earned the bronze award so onward to silver.

Congrats Liv!! I'm around 32% It's fun watching the numbers grow. You & 2big & kjel & happy2bthin4me are exercise maniacs!!! I wanna be ya!!!! BUT..... I'm finding myself spending too much time in front of the mirror checking for changes in shape. haha, I like being a shapeshifter!!!

Congratulations on your bronze Liv.
I'm only at 10% for the bronze since I signed onto the Presidential Performance. Sometimes I think I'm an exercise fanatic and I have to learn to rest when my body needs it. It's nice to know there are others that run circles around me on exercise still. I'm not that fanatical after all.

Pssssssssssssssssssssssssssssst guys we will be celebrating any thing earned since Monday next report and according to the stamp on Liv's post she earned it tuesday. the report topic is to celebrate wour exercise folk for the hard work they did last week. and we will turn Liv bronze well the closest color ADBB has to bronze next week.
