Just food for thought, if you will notice from our first challenge, you need not post a picture of ANYTHING but your arm. No faces, no identifying features.... Well except for the fabulous "buffness" that you will attain. The pictures are easy to crop. I suggest you still have some before pictures taken. You will really want to see the changes for yourself.
