    Probably the best exercise I did last month. I can really feel it working.

    So join me in the quest of a perfect bikini butt'

    Remember to take it slow and not go too deep if you are new to lunges


    I suggest combining lunges. Do some holds and some static ones and also some forward and backward ones every day you do lunges. If you are strong work in some weights but that is not necessary. Believe me they burn




    We will count the lunges just like we count the squats. So pledge your monthly total. If you do static lunges that you hold, count your breath (inhale, exhale) as one lunge

    Lets do it.

    Other exercises for glutes
    are leg raises and fire hydrants. Do some of those to if you have time. And of course some squeezes that you can do anything helps too.
