I'm pretty new here, second time around with Atkins, and 2 weeks under my belt.
Just wanted to share that I knew I needed to do some exercise this morning but didn't feel like going for a walk or doing an aerobics tape. So I turned up the music and danced around my apartment instead! Got my heart rate up, was sweating it up and having a great time :icondance
Just a kick in my butt that even when it seems like nothing will fit the bill for exercise for the day, a little creativity can make it not seem like a chore!
