Ok guys and gals, I have gotten my lazy hinney out of bed at 5am and ran 2-4 miles (progressively) 5 mornings a week for the last two weeks. I would like to track my progress, get advise ect. from all of you advanced folks. Is there a special requirement to enter the Cool Runnings thread? Do I need to be training for a race or event? I know everyone on this board is very welcoming, I just hate to butt in. -
