As many of you know, I leave for my bike tour on Saturday. Tuesday/Wednesday of this week I got some nice long time in the saddle. It felt great and I'm really looking forward to the tour.
But last week I went to our local Goodwill to find some shorts to wear on tour. I found some nice army green ones and tried them on. They were sort of tight through the hips but otherwise they fit fine so I bought them.
I didn't think about them until this morning when I needed something to wear as the weather has turned quite warm where I live. I slipped them on and NO MORE TIGHTNESS!!! It was great! They are so comfortable and they look good too! Those two days of cycling really paid off.
Exercise is such a key part of the Atkins plan. Without it, the results just won't be the same!
