Okay, I got my Polar A3 HRM in, so now I can know for sure that I'm staying within my optimal fat burning zone.
And y'all were right, staying in that zone, I can do my cardio for longer periods of time without feeling like I'm going to fall out on the floor! :yes
I'm up to 45 minutes on the elliptical now. I will probably start walking some at home as well, especially now that I have the HRM. The gym is a good distance from my house and with the price of gas and my personal trainers fees (3 days a week), any days I can burn fat without having to make that long trip is good for me!
