    Trampoline

I was wanted to add my two cents about this contraption.

First of all, I was always to big to jump on them due to hitting the ground. Well last night I got on my first trampoline in years! And jump to my hearts content. I tell you, after about 45 minutes of this, I felt exactly as I do when I just got done running.

Its great exercise, and I definitley recommend it!

Actually, there is a lot of info on the net about rebounding, which is the same thing as bouncing on a trampoline. They make small rebounders that can be used indoors. It's a workout anyone can do, including people who are disabled. They make handrails for disabled folks, and for people who can't stand, they can sit on the rebounder and bounce. It moves lymph which is really good for detoxing, etc. People can get incredibly fit, simply by bouncing.

My nephews neighbor has a huge one ins his backyard. We challenged each other by who could jump and touch their toes, who could do the best backflip, ect. Lol

I am going to look this stuff up, and possibly opt for buying one!

extremly dangerous? Yeah if you are trying to do back flips across the entire thing and then land in between some springs...

I'll never do that again :nono

also more than one person on at a time is dangerous. and also not properly maintaining your trampoline can cause joints and bolts to corrode and tear.
