  • Need an exercise plan

    Hi all- I want to start exercising!!! I have an elliptical and some bands. I just am unsure how long to start off and how often. Please give some advice. Thanks. :joy

    I can't tell you what your routine should be cause we are all so different, age and size wise. But I can tell you to just start, 10 minutes a day, 20 minutes a day, what ever you can do, and make it a habit.. Thats the key to success
