Hi everyone. I'm just curious what post-run stretches that you like the best and/or find the most effective. I'm most interested in what you do for your shins that you like.
I seldom if ever stretch .. I know, I know, bad bad. But really, it doesn't seem to bother me a bit. I typically just walk a few blocks after completing my run and that seems to be enough for me as a cool down.
I always stretch after running. A friend of mine who is a marathon runner told me to do 'toe taps' for the shins after a run. I thought it was kinda cool. (I know...I'm sad getting excited about these things) It was just a different stretch then what I was doing so it got me curious.
