  • EXERCISE RATIO

    Just looking on fitday and was wondering if there was an exercise ratio like there is for the atkins program

    i.e 60% basal/30% exercise/1% lifestyle (not real numbers of course)

    I would find it much easier to figure out how much exercise per day i'm supposed to be doing this way.

    Anybody heard anything?

    I don't know of any particular ratios, but just combine cardio with weight training (i.e. resistance training) for optimum results!
