HAs anyone tried the ab roller? ITs 20 bucks at walmarti want to buy it but would like to knw if anyone has tried it and waht were your results? Do you recommend it?

We have one. Never really use it. Bought it years ago. If you use it it does work well for isolating crunches. It also seems really easy until the next day when you can't stand up straight, because you abs hurt so much. LOLJim
