Has anyone done any aquatics? I am looking into a program called aqua jogging, I hear it is a fabulous workout in the water, making it almost effortless. I'm wondering if it is equivalent to a workout on land? Just wanted to add another twist to my workout repetoir!

I just got back from my aqua aerobics class and I am beat. I use the water gloves and weights to make the workout more intense. You can go as slow or fast as your pace is. Most importantly my whole body feels worked out not just certain spots and I can do things in the water I can't do on land like 100 leg pullups etc.
Despite my weight I am actullay in really good athletic shape and if I don't push myself it can be like a stroll in the park. My advice to you is try it I'm sure you will love it.CaGirl1 age 25 5'4 1/2"
