  • Up 10 lbs right after some exercise

    i was just up 10 lbs from this morning after about 30-40 mins of exercising.. i drank about 60 oz of water maybe a little more within a 2 hour pd. but my weight never fluctuates this much! AH?!

    Don't weigh yourself all day long or you will drive yourself nuts.
    Once a day...preferably in the morning after potty but before breakfast/shower.

    I gain 2lbs every time I work out.
    I gain 1lb just taking a shower.

    DO NOT WEIGH MORE THAN ONCE A DAY!

      I’m always at my lightest after exercise no mater how much I drink. Mind you I always sweat to excess.

        I have the same problem (but I'm working on it), I weigh myself like 20 times a day, and I know that it's bad, but I just can't help it...

        On the other hand if I don't weigh myself I will not notice that I have gained and need to get back on track. That's what happened to me in the first place, I moved and left my scales behind, when I moved I was 155lbs, it took me 4-6 months to buy a new set, and I ended up being almost 200... It's amazing how fast those pounds creep up on you... But of course once a day or once in 2 days is enough J

          i've done the same thing before. Dont worry it's probably just water...stay off the scale for a day or so.

            60 ounces of water is about 4 pounds of water right there. then you have the food you ate today and the rest of the water you drank.
