What are some good excercises for a large behind? I don't want to gain muscle, I just want to lose fat. I've been losing in my mid section, neck, and face but the behind isn't going anywhere. I walk/jog 2.5 mi everyday. As well as 100 crunches, and I cycle 20 min per day. What more can I do, Help!!!
